GETTING MY LOGIN SSI168 TO WORK

but my desktop received’t hook up with the router or the modem possibly as a result of ethernet immediate cable, usb or wirelessly i am stuck and don’t know where to turn now. have unistalled firwall and virus (soon after undertaking checks!) cann’t see any cause why adawre or spyware would actually try out to stop me connecting. does anyone
